You begin by submitting an online application and a teaching video and from there they decide whether to proceed with the hiring process. You meet at the central location and undergo trainings and go on interviews. If a principal has an interest in you then you request to meet with that principal.

There was an interview with the principal on the school campus, and it was very pleasant and reasonable in length. We talked about my past teaching experiences and expectations of teaching position.
