After HR deems you worthy, a recruiter contacts you to set up a "practice teach." This consists of a five minute lesson that is either filmed and sent into HR or given to a group of adults at the main office. If that goes well, you get invited to an interview session. The whole thing is based on the Haberman Foundation's Star teacher pre-screener.

There was an interview with the principal on the school campus, and it was very pleasant and reasonable in length. We talked about my past teaching experiences and expectations of teaching position.
