Recruiter called about 1 week after applying and did 5-10min pre-screening over the phone. Set up an interview with hiring manager that same week. In-person interview was with manager only; behavioral type questions, manager gave clear expectations of what they were looking for (teamwork, good attitude, willing/ready to learn), manager seemed like somebody easy to talk to; got tour of the unit. Got a call later that day with job offer.
