I applied online I didn't hear anything from them for a few months so i applied again 3 weeks later I revieved a call for an interview after 3 weeks they called me with an offer.

Very informal and there were 3 people there to ask questions about previous work and experience. One scenario was given. Everyone was polite and they said they will get back with me.
