Had 3 interviews and they were very well structured and felt that there was mutual interest. However, after my last interview, I never heard back from anyone. Reached out to the recruiter multiple times and was ghosted. Even though the recruiter said to me if I have any questions I can reach out. If you are not going to hire someone at least let them know as a professional courtesy.

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
