In-person interview with a panel of four nurses and one PCT. They did have a virtual interview option due to COVID. It was a typical interview but the nurses aren't afraid to address their concerns.

Very thorough, they emphasize on having hospital experience, which is preferred over nursing home experience. They do give you a rundown of what they expect from you so be prepared to show how you meet those expectations.
