I enjoyed my first interview and felt that it went well. I was contacted within 3 weeks for a second interview that is scheduled for 1 month after my first interview.

Panel interview, good questions, each member of the panel took turns asking questions, with some members asking additional details than others. Several odd questions that didn't really make sense for the position. There were some variances between the posted position description and position details during the interview.
