How do you face bad customer calls?

Patience is the key. We should understand that the frustration of the customer is only due to the bad service and is not on us., so be polite and consider his's/her's problem, make him/her understand why it happened and finally resolve it if possible. If everything fails, just transfer the call to your senior manager or person in charge.
