How do you handle a customer with multiple requests

Greet them and let them no that it would be a  pleasure to help them with all thier transactions. While processing the transactions look for sales opportunities to improve their overall relationship with the bank.

Greet them, listen to their requests then go through each request step by step and make sure the customer understands each step of the way
