I applied online on citibank.com and they contacted me about 3 days later wanting to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty basic and fairly easy. It took about 15 minutes and I am waiting to hear back from them.

How do you deal with a difficult or demanding customer
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
