Not sure how an hour round trip equates to an $80 travel expense. Do you drive a tank? Reimbursements are not typically given for interviews unless they are out of state. Sounds like you're expectations are way out of line.

There was never any policy that only allocated 5 days of Vacation. This is a lie. Sorry you were not qualified for the position.
