Started by giving them a phone call. After they told me that they needed a person so I sent my cv and a couple of days later went to an interview and got hired the same day. This was in another country rather my own and they offered me a room in the hotel plus an airplane ticket (round-trip) to my country. NIce people to work with - Bad management
