Very fast interview process. HR contact was very proactive and kept me informed of the progress. Was contacted by HR on the same days as I applied and the interview was set on that day with the hiring manager. Hiring manager as very good as gave the background into the company and what the job entailed. Was offered the role in a couple of days of the interview. All done remotely due to lockdown. Very friendly and professional people.

Video call interview, ran through my CV and details then provided, fairly routine. EXCEPT when i questions about the business I was told it was currently a very fractious relationship between Finance & IT and needed someone to steer them out of the broken situation with what was described as challenging and demanding business partners. Glad I asked the question as the interviewer didn't connect and the whole interview lacked an engagement
