I went through a recruiter interview, a hiring manager interview, and a level up interview. The process itself was pleasant enough, however, they ghosted me after that. I can respect if I'm not the right fit. However, the level up stated that she wanted to meet me in person the next week, along wit meeting the Plant Managers. So I had every expectation of moving forward. After a couple of days of not hearing anything, I followed up a total of three times (2x with the HM and 1x with the recruiter) and received nothing, but crickets. I was more disappointed in the ghosting than not getting the job.
