I went through multiple interview rounds. The first one was a quick chat with the CTO over Zoom, and the next three rounds were in-person. Only one of the in-person rounds was a technical assessment. Overall the interviewers were friendly, but the process felt a little disorganized. Some interviewers were late and one didn't show up entirely. Each of them were also happy to give their thoughts on why their Glassdoor reviews are so bad when I asked.

Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
1 on 1 with FE lead - questions about my experience, history, and motivation. Plenty of time to ask questions from your side - he wanted to see that you are engaged.
Coding Challenge - 2 hours long challenge, that was divided into two parts:
- average algo question in JS, nothing like binary trees, etc. but the real-life problem
- there was a UI for a music player prepared and I was tasked to connect it with Spotify API. On the way, they expected that I will be making code improvements like class => func. component, state mngmt, performance, etc.
