As many of you are asking about the campus recruitment test which happened last year, I have written all about the test.
Here's the details:
Step-1: MCQ Based Test
It was a MCQ based exam consisting 100 marks.
Marks Distribution:
15 Marks from Visual Reasoning (Just google about it!)
35 Marks from Basic Aptitude Questions (Very basic questions)
**(15+35=50, 50 Marks was same for both EEE & CSE)
10 Marks from Basic Electrical (Power & Circuit related problems)
20 Marks from Telecom (Go through the GSM related book of Ericsson & website of Indiabix)
20 Marks from Networking (Go through the website of Indiabix)
**(10+20+20=50, 50 Marks was different for CSE)

Colloquio
O processo seletivo da Huawei geralmente ocorre em três etapas estruturadas: triagem inicial do currículo pelo RH, entrevista técnica com o gestor da área responsável e, por fim, validação estratégica com a matriz (HQ) na China.
