My interview journey with Huawei Technologies commenced with an online coding assessment, which I successfully navigated with a perfect score. Following this, I was approached with a suitable position offer, which I accepted to proceed further in the recruitment process. Subsequently, I underwent two additional rounds of interviews, both of which included coding exercises. After successfully clearing these stages, I faced the HR interview and a leadership interview. Despite excelling in both the HR and leadership interviews, my application encountered a setback during the approval phase. It was communicated to me that the decision to withdraw the job offer was due to concerns regarding my age, which was considered slightly above their typical candidate profile.

First with a phone interview and then a technical interview. The phone interview was a general interview to know you more. You had 24 hours for the technical interview and afterwards, the solutions could be updated.
