There were 3 rounds of interview. During first round, I was expecting a lot of technical questions but surprisingly only a few basic questions were touched upon. Questions were more personality based such as how you face problems in a difficult situation. Second round with HR was done through phone and was pretty standard. Final round was with the department head and talks about benefits and salaries were discussed.
