The entire interview process seems unprofessional. I was first called by a IT recruiter at Huawei Montreal. He looked friendly and only asked few basic questions. But weired things happened from second technical round. 1. The IT recruiter told me this round would be resume-related, there is no need to prepare, but it's actually NOT 2. The IT recruiter forget to invite the interviewer. Without even replying my email and asking for my availability, he just simply assigned another time slot to me. 3. After being interviewed, I was told to expect a decision after a week, but NEVER heard them back. I sent a update request email, no responses at all! Overall negative experiences, I didn't feel to be respected.
