Fairly standardized questions that follow an HR sheet (experiences, most difficult times and how you overcame it etc.)
My catch was that they asked to provide a copy of my transcript on the day of my phone interview, which wasn't really possible for my school, and thus delayed the process. Advice for new/recent grads: have a copy of transcript on hand at any time.
