1 technical interview, very detailed technical questions related to LTE technology, about 30min, poor English by Chinese interviewer. HR interview with Danish HR was formality, decision has already been made. Company assisted me in my work permit application.

They wanted to have 3-4 rounds of interviews and at the first interview as a new grad I figured out that actually they do not have high expectations on technical knowledge ( I guess i got this vibe honestly), they just want you to go and work for them at the countryside for long periods of time to set 5G antennas (Turkey) which is a big no for me. I ended the conversation there. However if you have an OK academic record and willing to spend some time (3-5 months) on random towns I think you can get hired.
