The first round is the Qualification interview. The interviewer 1V1 will ask about the experience on the resume. In this session, the interviewer will ask very carefully, focusing on the authenticity of your resume experience. The second round is the Language test. Conducted on an APP to examine listening and speaking. Listening is examined in the form of multiple-choice questions, while oral English is equivalent to PART2 of IELTS. The third round is the Group interview, which is often referred to as the group face. Huawei’s group face is a case face, and a case will be given for you to discuss. (It would be helpful to read Huawei's ten-year annual report in advance) The fifth round is the Overall assessment, which will examine some personal characteristics and values, which is very similar to the personality test we have mentioned before. The last round is the General interview, this round will use the pressure side, it is a link that examines the psychological quality very much.
