After review of my CV, I got two phone interviews to talk about my experience, some questions about quality and reliability practices, with my potential future manager and a reliabilty manager. Then face to face meeting onsite (Germany) in two parts.Part#1 via videoconf with R&D manager and Operation manager in China, part#2 with HR on site. Good overall impression, open discussions with my future manager and presentation of an interesting project.
