At first, the company liaised with the local recruit agency. The recruit agent posted the job scope and job requirements on the website. But the company name is not shown on website.
Then, I watched this job advertisement online, so I applied.
Two days later, agent called me for a basic phone interview. After 30mins phone interview, agent decided to pass me to the desired company for further interview.
One week after phone interview, I attended the formal interview. I had a technical test first and then the department director had a face-to-face interview with me.
After all this process, the company HR called me and wanted to hire me.
So I joined the company then.
