My process, there is 4 step in the recruitment process : 1. 1st Interview with HR/HRBP In a simple interview, the company wants to know about the interviewee and basic question about network 2. 2nd Interview with User Depending on what position you apply the user will ask about wireless or fixed network technology, equipment, and architecture 3. Final interview with the Dept Head All difficult questions are in the user interview because it's very technical.

The HR interview was fine but the User Interview was so… can’t even put it to words. They made fun of the achievements I wrote on my CV and laughed about it. Then at the end of the interview i got to ask what they expect from someone in this role I applied to, and one of them said, passive-aggressively with a flat face and tone: “well first of all we expect this person to be smart”.
