They highlighted the importance to understand the variety of Huawei Cloud's product even though you are just applying. General knowledge about cloud ecosystem did not interest them at all, even though you have years of experience in technology consultancy and cloud platform they will still consider you as starter if you don't know their products

Interview with team lead, hod and hr. Very chinese cultured and hierarchial, i.e. you must listen to boss kind.
Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
