They have three rounds of interview. The first round is a phone pre screening for 20 mins. Second round is an in-person interview requires doing a written test in 45 mins and 1 hr oral interview. The last round is with HRD.

No feedback and not a single email after the call. The interview was a standard one but was surprised to hear there was almost not ATS in place and not a clear vision on the roles to fill.

First I have been contacted with email/LinkedIn direct message. Then I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Ar last it was scheduled a video interview with a line manager. Eventually I received a job offer.
The position required 1-2 of experience in the same role.
