I was called by HR to discuss the position I was interested in and we set up an interview. The interview was onsite with the BD Manager. It was laid back but I was drilled with behavioral questions.

I applied online and was contact from a Corporate recruiter for a brief phone interview. After that I was set up for an in person interview in the Atlanta office. I was asked a few questions about my resume, and then we moved into a round of 'situation questions' where I had to relate a question to a previous experience I have had. The whole interview took about an hour and I was told I would hear back from them within a week.
