I was referred by a friend who worked there. I applied via emailing my resume directly to HR. I had a brief phone interview with the HR rep. She didn't really know too much about the position but had a basic understanding. Then I was called in for a face-to-face. Nothing was too formal. I spoke with 3 department heads individually. I answered a few typical interview questions but mostly engaged in pleasant conversation. The third conversation was with the head of the branch and he told me that as long as the other two heads agreed that I was a good fit, then I already had the job.

Within a week of applying online I received a phone call from someone in HR to set up a quick phone interview. Immediately after phone interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview. During the in-person interview, I met with 4 different people.
