The entire process took about 3 weeks, although I had the final 3 interview rounds scheduled very close to each other.
Based on my interactions with the recruiter and the Hubspot interviewers, I found the process to be pleasant and comfortable. Hubspot truly walks the talk when it comes to displaying its culture's sense of cohesiveness and vibrancy.
The questions are varied and many are open-ended. They basically want to know how you think as a person especially when dealing with unknowns.
Overall, I'm glad to have gone through the interview process. The recruiter and interviewers will provide some really nice constructive feedback along the way.
