Recruiter was calling from Singapore. Scheduled and confirmed time earilier but called way too late and no explanation from her end. Not being fussing, not mentioning she is constantly chewing something was talking on the phone, but the whole phone screening was very unprofessional in general. I felt the recruiter just read out the script and repeated the same questions even though I have given the concrete and specific answers. For example: when did you leave your last job. The same question asked me two or three times in 15 mins call. Just got an impression the recruiter was not listening to my response during the whole phone call. I have read the reviews on glassdoor, people commented they will give you feedback and how to improve in future etc. So I was hoping I will receive some suggestions. Maybe it only happened to me, I have received zero feedback during the whole employment process. Hope the recruiter can show essential professionalism, because you are the front line of the company.
