Colloquio
1. Phone interview of 30 minutes. It's the opportunity for you to present yourself, your professional project and your motivation to join HubSpot (culture code, HEART, the missions, etc.)
2. Take home test. I had to come up with a strategy and with 5 different messages copy (in French) to promote a landing page. Be creative !
3. Final step : 3 video interviews, each of 30 minutes with managers. The aim of these interviews is to make sure that you understand the missions and that you're fit for the job. It consist of behavioural questions and questions to assess your experience and knowledge of marketing.
For me, the process took one month.
