Went through and filled out the application and submitted the required 300 word essay. Submitted my application and never heard from them, only until I got a No-Reply email. I read on their website that I would get a call from a recruiter after I submitted my application and I never heard a thing. If your company is overloaded with applications, do not promise potential applicants that they will be contacted and then not follow through.
