I applied and sent my resume in via the website posting and got an email for a preliminary interview, which was an online interview where questions showed up on the screen, and you had a short amount of time to prep and answer the questions. After that, I got invited to do a phone interview with a recruiter, who was amazingly helpful throughout the process. Then, I got invited to the final round of interviews with 3 different people 30 minutes each. Within the next few days, I got a call with my offer. Their interview process is extremely thorough and intentional. I put in a lot of time for preparation, and I'm really glad it paid off. Their values really shined through during the interviews, and they do such a good job of being transparent and honest about what they're looking for. I can't wait to start.
