Interview went well, role and company seemed interesting. At the end of the interview they asked me to do an assessment, didn't seem like a big deal at the time. The assessment was basically a personality test, and after completing the test I didn't hear back from the company for a few weeks, I had to follow up with them myself. After following up, they told me that based on the results of the personality test I wouldn't be a good fit for the role.

Very friendly and a good conversation. I appreciated the opportunity to talk with them. They asked challenging questions. I am hoping to speak with them again. I learned a lot from this interview
