It was simple, he first had me fill out an application because I hadn't done so yet. I used a laptop at one of the tables. Then he asked me very relaxed questions, more of them were about my personality than my experience. He was polite and made the whole thing seem very relaxed, it was not at all intimidating

I was called in after applying, and was sat down in the diner while the interviewer asked me a few questions. I was told I had the job right after the interview.

First application was lost. Went back in a week later was hired on the spot. Was asked hours I could work. Told what type pants and shoes to wear. Then a start time. It was pretty simple. The entire interview from start to finish including clothing to wear and start time was around 10-15 minutes
