Typically 3 steps. First is on the phone, then an interview with one manager, then a mock pitch to a panel group of 3 managers. Can take a while to hear back.

The last interview is a mock pitch to three sales managers/directors
It was completely online and very quick. They respond in a very timely fashion and the questions are very typical and basic. Nothing to stress about at all, very down to earth people.

Most of the process went smoothly except for the interview. The recruiter showed up late, his camera “did not work”, and it didn’t feel like he was actually engaged with the interview. The recruiter failed to bring up a lot of routine information in the initial conversation and ran out of time asking simple questions. I was more than qualified for the position and it seemed like the recruiter was missing something on paper and did not care.

Colloquio
The sales process was pretty rigorous but a good learning experience. Had three interviews, first with the recruiter, second with one sales manager, and the final one with two sales managers and an account executive. Final interview had a project due with the interview.
Cons: Due to liability concerns, they do not notify you why they did not select you. This does make it difficult to improve yourself for a potential second interview attempt.
