Very seamless interview process. Many others do a preliminary phone interview but I submitted my application and heard back for an interview almost immediately. They sent me dates and times to choose from and then I conducted an interview with some Support managers. Very laid back and they were super nice so I got comfortable pretty fast. From there I was moved onto the second round of interviews with the hiring managers. Both of these lasted an hour each and I was also given a tour of HQ during my second interview. From there it took about a week/week and a half to hear back and I received a phone call letting me know about my offer.
