Phone screen. Company is in period of expansion. HR is not in house but remote and not easily accessible. Biased recruitment as evident from strong shift in balance of diversity of staff and lack of responses before during and after connecting . My experience is shared amongst other colleagues who applied and we all have strong qualifications.
