The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview.
The phone interview had technical questions based on the resume.
The onsite interview had four rounds, each round focused on different technical skills some of which
were:
MySQL, PL/SQL and OSI stack.
Other questions were on college projects.

Colloquio
The process starts with a Technical phone interview followed by On-site visit(if cleared). 4 senior members ranging till AVP interviewed me and it was bit longer (~4hrs) than expected. Though the HR people say they are quick, it took about 3-4 weeks for an answer.

Most of the questions are straightforward and relate to your prior experience(Internship) or projects at Grad school. Expect some puzzles, Java Threading , Javascript and PL/SQL questions.
