Colloquio
It was pretty fast. I summitted my resume to a staffing agency. Then l was called l had to practice typing test, there was a basic math test, after l past that l interview the Skype interview. A week later l was hired. So it was very easy and l accepted the offer
outgoing and friendly. The recruiters really engage with you and thats very important in taking the nervousness out of the interview process. I am on to the second interview. This review is based on the first one I had.

I applied online in April and did not receive any communications until June. The first step after applying (and waiting WEEKS/MONTHS) is to do the assessment. After you complete the assessment you will receive an email to confirm a time for a digital interview. The first interview was pretty easy. The recruiter I spoke with was very friendly and it seemed like we hit it off. She informed me that I would definitely hear back from Hulu to schedule a 2nd interview and asked me what a good day and time was. I was super excited! She informed me that Hulu needed to hire at least 200 people by the end of the year and double it by next year. She also said I could choose my start date. She gave me a list of dates and said it goes all the way out til November if I wanted to wait to start. I told her I was ready to start in July and everything seemed fine. Out of every interview I have ever done, this was the one I knew I passed !!!
Fast forward a few days later and I receive an automatic rejection email on a Saturday at 5pm. I couldn't believe it because I'm fully qualified, have a bachelors degree (even though the job is CS & entry level), and I thought I aced the interview. I know people who have far less experience than me that got the job. Mind you, Hulu only pays $13.50 in Texas for this role. This was by far one of the worst experiences I had with a company. When I tried emailing the recruiter to see what happened (I thought maybe the rejection email was an accident), I never got a reply. During the interview she specifically told me to email her if I had any questions or concerns. I am so disappointed because Hulu would have been a great fit for me and I know I would be a great fit for them.
