Interview taken by 2 junior employees who seemed as if were taking an interview for the first time.
The questions asked were too basic and can't possibly help in guaging anybody's competence.
As a next step was asked to prepare the company's presentation, which is not the job of a BDM.
Also, what was the purpose? It's not possible that a 30 year old MNC did not have a presentation.
Was getting screened for both part time or full time options. Not shortlisted for either, request for feedback ignored.
Still not sure what the selection criteria was.
There are 3-4 rounds of interviews starting with the phone interview. The second interview is face to face, and involves personal discussion and role play on a particular company product. The third interview is also face to face with a homework assignment from second interview and includes a stand-up presentation on the assignment work.
