Phone call with hiring manager followed by in-person interview with manager and director of operations. Very relaxed interview asking about work experience and goals for the future. Explained resume and job duties and answered questions about what I liked and disliked at each job.

People seemed very nice, but their salary scale was extremely too low - particularly for a management position. Their benefits package was minimal - offering the standards - health benefit - but vacation time was very low as well.
