Basic test of basic skills, nothing flashy. If one of the managers likes you, they will hire you so be congenial and you’ll go far. It helps if you are breathing because then they know you are alive and they can work you to death
Really great interview experience. They listened to me and were genuinely interested in making sure we were a good fit for each other. They typically do a first interview then invite you back to do a "work test" where they pay you $50 to work a couple of hours with them. This lets you experience working there before you take the job and it let's them experience working with you. It's nice to get $50 for it too. They hire most folks who make it to the work test.

Colloquio
First interview is a sit-down with a randomly chosen supervisor. You could interview with either the owner's brother or your soon-to-be manager. The questions are standard fare about weaknesses and what your proudest accomplishments are.
Second interview is not normally necessary, but for the sales associate position it's a simple formality where you have to demonstrate simple grammar and spelling skills. If you get the second interview, you've got the job.
