Super easy, just asked a few basic questions about conflict management and customer service. Didn’t care much about my work history as it was very entry level, asked about my experience with the older generations and how I interact with them.

First process of interview is a brief fifteen minute phone call interview with recruiter, very promo email follow up. Very important to review job description and relate to relevance to experience.
