informal. not SAR and/or competency based. Was unstructured and more about fit to team. met multiple people at different levels including people inside and outside of the team. no need for massive prep if you know your stuff. just be yourself.

2 weeks later got an email and text requesting to complete a couple question. These questions were basic filter questions like salary range.
About 1 1/2 weeks later I received an email from hiring manager to set up a video interview. The interview lasted about an hour. She asked basic questions and experiences with my past roles. Very relaxed and nice.
I was told I’d hear back in about a week about next steps. I sent a follow up email a week later with no response.
Overall the process seems a bit slow and it’s not as transparent as other companies.
