There were several steps to the interview. The first is to meet with the Manager that you will report to if hired. The second is a panel interview. It consist of other managers and also one current agent.

Managers seem eager to hire people. Questions were a little different. More behavioral questions rather than performance. 2 managers. One was in training. Interview was about 45 min. I believe some questions were repeated.
