Spoke first with a recruiter, who asked only two questions. I've since had three interviews, each with two people. They've asked a mixture of behavioral questions, and simple questions. Before the second interview, I was asked to read about a fictional situation and prepare agendas for meetings.

Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
