Talked to call screener who sounded like he was just going through the motions, wasn't technical, etc. Wanted me to tell him how he should present me to the hiring group.

The interview was relaxed. Interview was friendly and talked a lot. Only consisted on behavioral questions and not a technical interview. Pretty standard questions and behavioral interview. No surprises or anything unepected.
It went OK at first, but they just take waaay too long to respond. There's also multiple recruiters that I had to deal with. By the time I heard back from them, I had already accepted another position.

Colloquio
Short video interview primarily consisting of typical behavioral questions that you can rerecord until you are satisfied. The time limit on each question is a few minutes. Video interview is followed by a completely behavioral onsite a few weeks later.
