I applied then received an invitation to a phone interview. Once accepted, I had my phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I was granted a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager. The questions were open-ending questions, where I had to give certain answers.
Screen interview was simple USE STAR method when approaching your experience. This allows them to see ur consultant background. I am still in the process if interviewing so would gladly update the org on my progress moving forward.
Initially I was reached out to via a text interview with simple questions to answer via text messages. All questions were simply one sentence questions. I was asked 4-5 questions and was not given a time frame or expiration time to answer the questions within.

Are you Interested and available to work on call and off hours when needed?
Standard interview process. Applied online, and a few weeks to offer. No room for negotiation but pay was slightly less than market average. I accepted for the opportunity, and benefits that helped to offset pay.
